What is your Return Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to Palm Beach Boutique within 14 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip.

Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Palm Beach Boutique and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. See Contact Us.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sales Items (Non Returnable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items ending in .99 cents cannot be refunded.  All bodysuits, swimsuits and undergarments are Final Sale and non returnable.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@palmbeachboutique.com and send your item to: Palm Beach Boutique 5030 Champion Blvd Suite 11-288 Boca Raton, FL 33496.  If we do not have the same item in stock then you will be issued a store credit.

  

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:Palm Beach Boutique 5030 Champion Blvd Suite 11-288 Boca Raton, FL 33496.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Palm Beach Boutique will not issue return credit.    

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
